I can never quite remember all of my hams favourite foods there are so many! Millet, mealworms, flax, linseed & pumpkin seeds are definitely high on their favourite list along with a lot of different veg, courgette, cucumber, radicchio & red cabbage are probably favourite along with their fenugreek sprouts!
Every ham I've had has slightly different tastes though so it's worth trying lots of things to see which Millie enjoys most, just check the safe food list if it's something you're unsure of.

Pikachu goes mad for these : Apple Strudel Biscuits 120gm | Pets At Home

and these: Supreme Original Harry's Crunchers Hamster Treats

She'll wake up from being asleep if she hears me opening the treat jar.. she picks those over pumpkin seeds!

She also loves grapes, lettuce and broccoli for fresh veg.

As for her actual food, I mix Harry Hamster with Pets At Home pellets, and she gobbles it all up! Even the black alf logs! She is very protective over it actually, she usually stashes ALL of it as soon as I put it in her bowl! Its a bit of a pain trying to guess when to feed her, as I can't keep an eye on how much food is left in the cage! :c

I think she's just like her owner, loves food in general!

I want to try her on a bit of baby food next!

All of my Hammies love spaghettie and I'll usually give them one strand each. Also on a couple of occasions I'll put a peice of dried pasta in Gabriell and Tate's normal food mix so they can grind their teeth down because they don't particually chew their toys much.
Kittie and Joseph will eat literally anything you care to offer them but particually broccolie and cooked rice.
Also one thing I really like to do is when I make vegatBle soup, after I blended it but before I season it I scoop out about half a mug and feed it to my fluffs. ( i obviously let it cool way down so they dont burn themselves) On every occasion they all sit until they are full, in my hand chowing down like they've never seen food. I kind of see this as a really good way to get lots and lots of nutrients into them with out them being picky about stuff they like or not, I guess a bit like children!
And my little Quincie would give his wheel for sunflower seed hearts. It's like he can't get enough!

I've not tried cooked rice on mine!
Sphagetti and pasta always go down well with my 2.
I make homemade soup quite a lot especially now with the colder weather and I always take out some of the veggies and let them cool and give my 2 some. I don't use the blender, I like my soup thick and yummy!
