Default Hamsters and fibre.

I have heard that feeding some foods to hamsters are safe and boost the amount of fibre the hamster is getting.

I know that 1/8 of a weetabix is alright and some pasta.
I was wondering which types of pasta/spaghetti (wholegrain or not) is safe.

Thanks

A bit of wholegrain pasta is OK, I wouldn't worry too much though as they should get enough fibre with a good hamster mix & fresh veg.
