Default Can I feed my hams white rice?

White rice is basically brown rice with the brown outer hull removed. So, can I feed my hams this? And if so, do I need to cook it before hand, or can I feed it to them uncooked?

Also, what about sticky rice? As in the kind of rice that is used to make sushi? I have this really neat idea of making some veggie sushi for the hams with carrot sticks and cucumber, wrapped with sticky rice and Nori (that's what the green stuff the sushi is wrapped in is called).

White rice is ok - my hams often have some. Rice with vegetables is a big hit here. I prefer to avoid sticky things in case they cause problems with the pouches.
