Default Food for a VERY fussy hamster. Fibre needed etc

Hi everyone, been a while since I've been on the forum.

Some of you may know Puddles, our little winter white who came to us in 2012. She's become a very very fussy hamster and does not eat her hamster mix. She will pick at bits of it and only eat a very small amount.

We have tried leaving the mix in the cage so that she has to eat it, but it's got to the point where I've had to remove it as she wees all over it. She will spit anything out she doesn't like, and she gets very worked up when we dont feed her something other than hamster mix.

She's been to the vets, and they said what we already knew (underweight) but they said other than that she is probably just being fussy. That's fine, but I'm running out of ideas as to what to feed her. She eats tuna and egg like there's no tomorrow, she will snatch those straight out of your hand. However she's getting bored of weetabix, porridge, baby food etc. She can't live off of tuna and egg!! I don't know what to do anymore, has anyone got any suggestions? She likes carrot and broccoli but not much else

She's been on several, Harry hamster, burgess dwarf, burgess Syrian, pets at home own brand, and another one they do at pets at home I can't quite remember the name of it. Just seems like she only wants human food.

If she eats seeds you could try if she eats a high quality budgie or canary food mix and add to it.

Does she eat any seed at all? If so you could try budgie tonic seed as Peanut suggested, also how about hemp, flax, fenugreek (seed or sprouted), millet, oatmeal, also maybe something like the nibble ears from zooplus, my hams destroy those in seconds!
Mine tend to love sprouted seeds in general so if your's doesn't eat much veg you could try that.
What about nuts in the shell, keeps them busy & they have to work hard for it so they don't get to eat too much, although if yours is underweight that's not such a problem.
If she enjoys porridge how about trying to blend some hamster food with that to see if she'll eat it.

Just another thought but if you have a blender maybe you could try grinding up some hamster food, mix it with egg (& maybe a bit of fish to fool her!) & bake it to make a kind of hammy biscuit?
