Default Different diet for young hamster?

I have just got my first breeder hamster so he is only 5 1/2 weeks old. I've never had a hamster so young before so was wondering if I should give him a slightly different diet than a fully grown hamster?

For my previous fully grown hammy, I gave harry hamster as my daily food along with sometimes fresh veg and steamed tofu.

Generally the only difference between a young hamster and a grown hamster's diet is that the youngster should have more protein, and less sugary treats. Harry hamster is already pretty good on the protein, and the tofu will have extra protein as well. You can also use bits of plain boiled chicken, or dried mealworms for protein.

As for sugar, I only gave very tiny bits of any sugary treats until my hamster was 6 months old, then I loosened up a bit. Obviously too much sugar is bad for any animal, but the youngsters especially should be monitored.

Thanks for the advice. The small bag of mix the breeder gave me has meal worms in it so I think I will buy some more of them. he seems to like them too!
