Generally the only difference between a young hamster and a grown hamster's diet is that the youngster should have more protein, and less sugary treats. Harry hamster is already pretty good on the protein, and the tofu will have extra protein as well. You can also use bits of plain boiled chicken, or dried mealworms for protein.
As for sugar, I only gave very tiny bits of any sugary treats until my hamster was 6 months old, then I loosened up a bit. Obviously too much sugar is bad for any animal, but the youngsters especially should be monitored.
