Re: Eating alligators
I bought a large alligator for Pumpkin, and oh my gosh, he loves it! He can't keep away from it. The tail is gone all the nubs are worn down, and he's working on the arms and legs. I bought Swaggles one of the skinny long ones, and it wasn't as much of a hit. I will have to try maybe the toothbrush for him.

Re: Eating alligators
I have heard that these are hamster appropriate before, PAH website says they are made from 'vegetable fibres' but does anyone know from which vegetables?

The ingredients are:
Wheat starch, glycerine, vegetable fibres (includes potato starch and tapioca), lecithin, natural colourings and flavourings.

Re: Eating alligators
That is some impressive chewing Nat!! Wow.
My hamster has gone mad for these as well, every day I put it up on his shelf and every morning I find he has dragged it down to the entrance of his nest.

Are they made of different things? I got a toothbrush too but haven't tried it out yet.
