Vitamin Supplement

Hi I was thinking of getting some vitamin supplement tomorrow as its her birthday on Halloween (when I got her) but I was wondering when do I user it and is it safe as she is 1? I know to use it in her water bottle but I was just wondering cuz it says longer and happy life on the bottle

Er... To be honest I wouldn't bother. A decent complete hamster food contains all the vitamins e.t.c your ham needs
We use vitamin supplements but only when theres a reason for it (and that reason is one so serious our vets are aware of it and of our use of supplements)

I agree you shouldn't really need one as an everyday thing but if you do need one at any time I've found ratrations to have quite a good choice.
