Default Frozen veg

This might be a really stupid question but is defrosted veg alright to give to hamsters? Or would it go mushy & be no good?
We mostly use frozen veg in our house anyway & the current bag we have is diced mixed veg. As Hector is a robo & only eats a tiny amount of anything, the small cubes would be ideal. I've checked the ingredients & nothing else has been added so I'm not worried about additives, it was more if it would be alright once it's defrosted.

Yep, it should be fine. Veg is frozen when fresh, and a lot of fresh veggies we buy may not even be as fresh... it's kinda a debated topic. But I don't see any harm in either.

Defrosted frozen vegetables are fine and, as far as I know, the same rules apply to both frozen and fresh (no onions, take uneaten portion out of cage before it goes bad, etc.) Also, some hamsters like to eat them frozen, especially during the summer.

My ham loves frozen blueberries, so I'm sure frozen veggies are fine.

Now that's a thought. I've got some frozen berries in the freezer that I'd forgotten about. Might go see what's in the mix & try one out.

We mostly feed frozen veg We give fresh cucumber but almost anything else is frozen, its just far easier for all of us that way (we even keep a bag of frozen broccoli in the freezer just for the pets - if we have an unexpected vet visit when we're out of cucumber they get defrosted broccoli as an alternative water source for the trip out)

I'm sure they'll love them! The blueberries to turn Cider's hands a little purple though from the juice.
