I want more information about protein requirements for a dwarf hamster.
Most people in china think that the content of protein in the dwarf hamster food is 15%-16%.And the content of protein in the syrian hamster food is 18%-19%.

As far as I'm aware there's no definite answer to that and the percentages required do change through life anyway. All you can really do is get the best hamster mix you can and trust to the people who're making it to have made it well enough to keep the hamster healthy
The general rule for protein is get get between 15% and 19%, this applies to all species. If you have food lower on the scale, you can supplement it with things like plain boiled chicken, mealworms, boiled or scrambled eggs and peanuts. I feed one of my hams cat treats for extra protein, because she refuses to eat chicken and mealworms, lol.
