Post Wholemeal self raising flour?

Hey guys,
So i want to make some homemade treats using wholemeal flour and i have searched far and low for wholemeal flour and have only come across either the strong bread stuff or self raising wholemeal flour..
So will whole meal flour be safe for my hamster to eat?
Thanks

Look for just 'plain' flour. Its healthy, so suitable for all species including diabetes prone.
