Default What are these???

Hi.
My dwarves adore these little nutty things that come in Harry Hamster. I've had a look at the ingredients and can't quite work out what they are.
Does anybody know what they are and where i could get them from?
Thanks for your help

Thank you

I have pumpkin seeds but they have shells and look more like sunflower seeds.
Will look out for them.

Thanks again.

Yup, pumpkin seeds. Luckily the local feed store carries them in their bulk section. No other place in town sells them in the shell! My hams love them too
