Default Picky Robo

My young Robo is quite the picky eater. He munches over the course of a week at his bowl of pellets, but I guess I'm just surprised - my previous ham (a Campbell's) ate everything in her sight!

This little guy is partial to his yogurt drops, but that's it. Any feeding tips from seasoned Robo owners?

What mix do you have him on now?
I would suggest trying a different mix, sometimes hamsters can get a bit bored of the same food so it's also nice to provide them with veggies/fruits or even a piece of cooked chicken, not too much of anything fresh of course as it will just go off if he doesn't eat seeing what else he will try just as the occasional treat!
If his normal mix is completely pellet based and you don't want to change it up completely, I would still try to buy another mix and add some of it in to give him a variety

I recently started him on a new mix that isn't just plain pellets - it has some nuts and colorful treats. I guess I'll wait and see how he responds to this one.

Mine are all such munchers I've not had a picky eater yet, so can only share what I do feed them. They all have Harry Hamster through their entire lives as that has suited mine the best, I also scatter meal worms once a week, and they always have a sprig of millet on the go.
For extras they will often get a little of what I'm having, so broccoli, kale, peas, or green beans a couple of times a week, rice, pasta, a little piece if wholemeal pitta, egg ect. They get about one yog drop a week, and a couple of raisins

I cant believe how picky he is to be honest! I try to give him my veggies when I have them, but I like your raisin idea - I'm going to try that. I know yogurt drops aren't too healthy so I want to cut back on them. I've heard of people giving hams cat food, but I'm not sure if I should go that route.
