Default Is it alright to...

Is it alright to occacionally give my hamster apple juice in a little dish?I was just wondering because I dipped my finger in some and he loved it. I don't think that it would harm him since it is alright to feed him apples.Right?

Thanx!

Default Apple juice

Hi Chris, no apple juice is fine just make sure it is the unsweetened pure kind

In fact I often give my little ones some apple sauce - they really love it and it is good for upset hamsters as it helps to settle their tummies. Just a little mind or you risk softening up their poops. You can buy baby apple juice and sauce in the baby food aisles of the supermarket which are ideal or make your own.
