Almonds?

im not sure but i do know bitter almonds contain cyanide

Its the shells containing cyanide I think

not nessecarily theres bitter and sweet almonds the bitter ones even without shells contains cyanide (im a science geek) Certain Almonds are Highly Poisonous

True, but as far as im aware that type of almond shouldn't find it's way in to the food chain, all commercially grown almonds are of the sweet variety.

I'm giving a nod to _nod and to Squishy. All of my hams have loved the yogurt covered almonds

I just give JJ a pistachio or walnut to have fun with. I just make a small opening in the shell before I do.

Pistahios....that's an idea...as long as I don't eat them all first! Lol
