Mealworms go down great with both of mine Comes in the burgess dwarf mix so tried from there first, gonna get a tub of just mealworms. Freaks me out trying live though, can't imagine having to pick them up lol.

Silvermist has yet to wake up to find hers lol xxx

Mum is impressed with the smell, thinks they smell like scones lol.

I'm not sure how happy my wife would be if she found me gently roasting mealworm treats in the oven!

I honestly don't think your wife would notice by smell that there were mealworms in it. From what pixiehollow was saying, the treats smelled wonderful, and mine did too. But, you could always skip out on adding the mealworms, and go with more of what I did. That's if you wanted to try it out.

Thanks for this recipe! I would love to try it for Sophie. She seems pickier these days about what she likes. BTW, I loved the photo of Jupiter and the cookie, too cute <3

Thank you Victoriah! He is my chub chub for sure. I know all about picky hamsters. I just wanted to make sure they got the protein without taking away their seed mixture. They really like the variety, and I would be afraid they wouldn't like the cubed food. I could be wrong though.
