At the moment he is fed on burgess dwarf mix with supreme science selective crushed and mixed into it but the bowl i put about 2 teaspoons worth in but it will still pretty much all be there a week later and i can't take his millet spray away its his favourite. Just got him out to weight him now and he is 29g not sure if that is a good weight for a robo?

29g is heavier than Darla He's usually 24-25g, although at last weigh-in he had actually gained three grams! But yes, for a pet shop Robo that's fairly normal I think.

ETA: And I'd actually do the same as kyrilliondaemon suggested, since I've started feeding the hams more fresh foods they've both been eating less hamster mix, so sometimes I don't feed them one day if they have lots in their bowls.
