Food help
I know your meant to remove the green pea flakes and yellow corn flakes for Chinese and hybrids, but do I need to for my new CRD and WW? Their both purebred, which I've not had before, and can't remember what the rules are food wise . TY in advance

Re: Food help
Winter white will be fine without, if definetly purebred.
Campbells I'm not sure, I think it depends on the lineage so I would to be safe.

Re: Food help
Ok thanks Kyril . Both are 100% purebreed. For all four now, do you have to remove every little piece of corn and pea flake? Or is it just the majority, ie all but a few tiny broken bits in the bottom of the bag?

Re: Food help
Er... Theres no set rule but its basically the more removed the better for all diabetes prone hams I think.

Re: Food help
Ok, I'll keep taking out as many bits as I can for them. Er, actual peas and sweetcorn aren't the same are they? Hope not as they adore them.

Re: Food help
Er... I dunno on peas but actual peas are sugary, and I assumed sweetcorn was the same... Doubt they'll hurt as odd treats though
