Fresh herbs/plants for Dwarfs

Well we just got a Dwarf - winter white named Cloudy. Spring is approaching here and as I plant things for our garden, starting them inside, my daughter wants to plant a garden for Cloudy.
I have been looking around a little but have yet to find something that says things like Cilantro, parsley, oat grass are ok for them. We have fed these things to rabbits in the past, but I know that Dwarfs have different needs of course.
Can anyone give me any other ideas of plants we can grow for him?
