Default Multi seeded Ryvitas

I've always got a pack of Ryvitas in the house, especially the ones in the green packet the multi seeded ones. They have pumpkin seeds and poppy seeds on them and are really delicious. Just wondered if Patrick could have a bit? They have the fruity ones aswell. Obviously I won't give the onion or cracked black pepper ones as they are a bit tangy but I'm sure he'd love to nibble them. Won't do it unless its safe to do so though!!

I was actually wondering the exact same thing not so long ago! Ryvitas are amazing
I don't see why they couldn't have a tiny bit as a treat x

Don't feed the onion one at all, onion is one of the bad foods

I'd be wary of the amount of salt in them too, so I'd probably avoid feeding any of them.
