Smile Re: Syrian food

I use a mixture of Supreme Original Harry Hamster (Hazel Hamster in America) and Supreme Science Selective Hamster (50:50 mix). My hamster adores it and is perfect for scatter feeding as it is not crumbly and does not contain tiny bits of dusty or small seeds.

What's your verdict on this mix?
Not to be rude, but I believe this food to be very low quality and way too sugary. Its about the nutritional equivalent of human junk food. I wouldn't buy it, IMHO.

I use a blend of Hazel/Harry Hamster and Ecotrition as I can't always get Hazel/Harry all the time. Plus, it cuts down the cost of food a little. Recently, I had about half a bag of budgie/parakeet food on hand and added that, as it gives the robos something that they might find easier to handle and eat, being so small.

I switch my hammys food up all the time, when I have a bit left of one I buy a new one in a different brand and mix it in with the old. They've had not problems like that. I'm on wagg at the minute but ordered some burgess hamster harvest to use next.
