The two reviews for it on amazon say are 1 star. I dont know the mix somebody more knowledgeable will pop up shortly!

i've bought this is the past, and have never used it.

it's basically a bag of biscuits nothing else and smells VERY VERY strongly of some type of herb.

i've never been able to bring myself to use it because of the smell xxx

I don`t like the Beaphar products. I bought their Care + plus mouse food once and as someone above said, it was strong smelling and just air blown biscuits in funny colours! Weird stuff...

The basic dwarf hamster mix is perfectly balanced for hamsters, and has 16 different ingredients, so I wouldn't add anything to it

On the Beaphar front, this is what Dashing Hamsters has to say (I found this list a few days ago and have been finding excuses to link to it everywhere!)

This mix is not specific in what ingredients they use nor is much information given about the nutritional information of this pellet. Until the company is more forthcoming in regard to what they put into this food I cannot recommend this mix for any species of hamster.
