Does anyone buy/use dried grass?

Ah, this is an older thread now but nice to see that it`s still being read. My little robo does play around with the Burgess herbs I bought and I give a little `pinch` of them a few times a week just to give him something different. I can`t actually say if he nibbles them or just likes to pick up a few pieces and then runs around. But they do add a nice meadow scent to his life! I`d be happier if they didn`t add mint though as this seems to overpower the other natural herbs within the packet. The scent isn`t that strong, but I can still smell it when I open the bag to remove some.

My hams get a wide variety of herbs, ready grass (dried grass) and occasionally hay and they're fine they only get exceptionally soft hay and they always have woodlands alfalfa hay cubes as well which never seem to be there at cleanouts so it must get eaten.

The readygrass never seems to get paid any attention to but its never there at cleanouts or if it is its been used as nest material so i dont mind them having it at all
