I got some baby food for the gerbil but he wont eat it all himself so instead of letting it go to waste i though i would give the hamsters some as a little treat i know carmine loves it totoro will probably turn his nose up at it. But was wondering if theo my chinese hamsters is aloud it? Its the organic carrot and potato one. Do carrots contain sugar?

No i checked the ingredients before i purchased it to make sure it didn't have garlic or onion in it. It contains baby-grade carrot, potato, cooking water, ground rice and rapeseed oil

I hesitate to give a chinese anything like carrot. Carrots have a lot of natural sugars in them, hence their sweetish taste.
