Default shopping for a pregnant/nursing ham

i just thought as i am back to college next week i would get as much of the shopping that i can so can anyone reomend some foods for which ever of the girls i mate.

(if somthing must be absolutely fresh or is a risk of going of ill get it near the time)

Tofu is great Matty and freezable.
You can also feed frozen veg if thoroughly defrosted(though I usually cook mine as it feels wrong otherwise lol)
porridge oats/wheetabix, and if you are going to use it, lactol.
Also you can get wheatgerm from a health shop which is a useful supplement to sprinkle on the dry food, and round the nest when the pups are starting to eat solids.

fresh stuff that needs getting nearer the time would be things like eggs, fresh fruit and veg, chicken
