Baby food is one of the best things they can have. I feed a jar over 2 nights a week to all of them Make sure the ones you get don't have onion in or spices.
I feed about 2 teaspoons to a syrian and one teaspoon to a dwarf

Mine really love the porridge, rice pudding and pasta ones. I feed them a couple of times a week.

Yep, mine seem to like it too and it is really good for them.
They have one pot a week between them (spread over two nights like Leanne). I would really recommend it.

Mine love it too, and it is great for young and growing hamsters, as well as useful for your 'older generation' too!

Mine have been having the cow and gate and heinz ones, and they seem to enjoy them. I'm sure that other makes would also be ok though, these are just the ones that I have tried.
