Default In a roborovski food research mess!

So I've been picking up a couple of websites and looking at their suggestions for fresh fruit, veg, protein, and treats for roborovskis, and there are some glaring oddities, and lots of things mentioned on one list, but not the other (and vice versa!), so I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind casting their eye down my 'mystery' list to check that everything I've collated is okay? Anything that came up on two out of the three lists I've found, I've ticked as being okay, but it is things that only come up on one that are worrying me For example, on one it says nuts but no almonds, and another says almonds if they are shelled. Anywho...one massive list (some of the things on it, I'm not sure what they are - but left in for clarity):

Acorns
Almonds (sweet almonds, shelled)
Alyssum
Asters

Flax seed
Groundsel
Hawthorn leaves
Hedge Parsley

Kale
Kidney Beans (cooked)
Kiwi Fruit
Knot Grass
Lentils
Logan Berries
Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Low or Sugarless Cereals
Mallow
Mange Tout
Mango
Marigolds
Marrow
Melon
Mint
Mung
Nutritional Yeast
Nuts (No almonds)
Oatmeal (dry or soaked in skim, soy or lowfat milk)
Okra
Pak Choy
Papaya
Parsley - a good tonic
Parsnips
Peaches (no stone)
Peanuts (unsalted)
Pear
Peas
Plain Low Fat Yogurt
Plain Tofu
Potato (cooked)
Pumpkin Seeds (unsalted)
Raspberries
Raspberry Plant leaves - beneficial for diarrhoea
Rhubarb (cooked)
Rocket Chard
Romaine Lettuce

Thank you very much for any input, as I'd love to be able to offer a wide range, but I also don't want to get it wrong!

Default Re: In a roborovski food research mess!

Also have a list of things people either can't agree on (or haven't gotten any reasoning) behind things not to be fed:

Avocado (Contains Cardiac Glycosides)
Buttercups
Chives
Eggplant
Fool's Parsley
Fruit leaves - Peach
Fruit seeds - Apple, grape
Fruit stones - Cherry, peach, apricot
Jams and jellies
Leeks
Pickles
Pork Products
Rabbit Mix (containing antibiotic ingredients)
Scallions
Spices
Watermelon (the water content is high causes diarrhea)

Which confused me, as these (below) were on the list of things (elsewhere) that they can have:
Kumquat - aren't these citrus?
Avocado (skinned and seedless) - But it is also mentioned in people's lists for must not feed (see above)
Kidney Beans (cooked) - Just want to check cooked is okay, as raw is not?

Thanks again for any help in checking these off my lists
