Rodent garnish
Is Woodlands Rodent Garnish 175g | Pets at Home
Any good ? Do your hamsters like it ? Is it good value for money ?
Also on a side note. I recently brought some hay but have been worried about using it as I heard it can cause mites. If I was to freeze it then this would make sure it was safe ?

Re: Rodent garnish
You should try this one: Herbal Delight. All of my 5 go crazy for it, they love it, the smell is gorgeous and you really feel they get something good!

Re: Rodent garnish
I only use it for my Syrian and she really enjoys it, especially the coconut. She has a small teaspoon spinkled on her food every couple of days. It's actually encouraged her to eat more of her regular mix too. She used to be quite picky and didn't pay a great deal of attention to her food bowl. The garnish makes he forage it in and she's discovering all sorts of new things she likes now, both in her regular mix and her garnish.
I think it's a great product

Re: Rodent garnish
Yeah its not a huge bag for the cash but all mine love a little very now and again. Freezing hay will also kill any nasty bits that might have snuck in
