I have live ones in the house for Pinkie Pie (Beardie. He can't have too many though as they're like chocolate for them, good food bad for their tummies) so I just crush their heads and give them to my hams.

But if you can't stomach live ones I think Wilkos does some dried ones. They're usually in the bird bit.

I just bought dried mealworms for the first time today at Petco. They were in the Reptile food section and came in a little can. They smell like pungent cat food, but my hams love them!

I gave Sandy the Syrian 2 worms, and each of my robos 1 worm. I'm especially happy that Pica scurried up and snatched the worm from my grasp and scampered away with it to eat She has never taken food from my hand!

Thanks for the advice

I give Latte about 5 a day as she is kinda small (2oz.). Once I see she puts on a little weight I will give her about 2 a day. But she just loves them so much. Mine come in a big plastic tub and they are meant for birds. I dont think I could give her live ones though.

as there dried.. anywhere really..
my 4 loveeeeee mealworms.. i can hold one outside the door of honeys huts and give it 10 seconds & her head will pop out to steal it from me. Seems even these can stir her from her sleep. I also bury them in the substrate and gets them foraging
