Default Red pepper

Can hamsters eat red pepper ? Not chilli pepper but the red pepper you put in salad or stir frys ?

I'm not sure about red peppers but I gave Ruby a small bit of yellow pepper once and she was fine!

It's not on the safe food list I have, though I can't be 100% sure if it's safe or not.

My three Dwarfs love red pepper both fresh & dried, & have been eating it for a while now with no ill effects xxx

mine like red pepper a lot i give very tiny amount though...and very very rarely hehe but they do seem to enjoy!

Yes Deb's you can, as long as its not the hot chilli pepper. Just ordinary Red & yellow pepper. I did try mine with green pepper too but they didn't like it.
