My ideal hamster food would contain the following:
Peanuts
Sunflower seeds
Sweetcorn
Please add as you see fit, the reason for this post is that a lot of the manufactured hammy food contains lots of things my hamsters won't touch including the small cereal grains. I am getting pretty hacked off with throwing lots of it away. Yes, I know its cheap, relatively, but it's still a waste.
Do continue with the list.
Thank you all.

The thing is some hammies eat everything so it is hard to say as each is different so you have to include what suits everyone......
wheat
oats like porridge oats
linseed
maize flakes
uncoloured biscuit things
a few raisens

With just those three things your hamster isn't getting proper nutrition. If you find your hamster picks and chooses too much then maybe think of feeding it a block food instead so it can get it's proper nutrition from it's food.

Those three things in the primary list are their preference. They do eat other things but I want a good list so that I can make up a mix that means virtually nothing gets thrown away. Sorry that you misunderstood the purpose of this posting.

Some hamsters like different things so experiment with your little one
A no added sugar breakfast cereal is a good start
shredded wheat that type of thing, add some fruit and nuts and some bird seed/grains, flaked oats and you should be pretty much there

Id love to make my own mix, but It would be hard id think to make sure the ratio of protine fat sugar and all that complex stuff was bell balanced.

pharnok I think lychee is a bit sweet and sticky for hamsters who should avoid a lot of sugar and anything sticky that could stick in the pouch. A crisper fruit or veg would be better.

Mine love Chinese Leaf lettuce, carrot, cauliflower and broccoli in particular.
Plain puffed wheat cereal seems to be devoured pretty fast as well.
