Default Fruit flavored fruit sticks

I got a bonus package of 2 long grain/fruit treat sticks with my recent wheel replacement order. They are
Living World 60332 Hamster Fruit Sticks 4 Oz

"Living World Sticks are an easily digestible treat that provides Hamsters with proper nutrition and satisfies their natural instinct to nibble. Contains only the finest selected ingredients, formulated and oven-baked on an all natural wooden chew-stick. Available in a variety of flavors including Honey, Fruit and Nut Flavor. Basic ingredients include: whole wheat, cracked corn, milo, hemp seed, white millet and chopped peanut kernel."

I'm mainly concerned about these ingredients: dried apricot, dried pear, honey (although they are the last on the list, so their concentration is the lowest). Safe for dwarf hybrids under supervision or avoid entirely?

I'd personally avoid entirely, although I did give my first two hybrids a similar stick (in that honey was only a little bit of the ingredients) and it has come to no ill affects so far.
But I mostly just use millet etc, since they are sugar free >.<

I'd give it rarely even to a normal hamster as the honey is bad for their teeth

Honey is not recomended for dwarfs due to the sugar content and should only be give occasionally to syrians. Same with dired fruit - quite alot of sugar in these too. I would avoid to be honest if you only have dwarfies.
