Really by your logic plastic is organic.
Not to be a smartass or anything but you are only partly correct, after a fashion. Organic into non organic does not happen directly, all that happens is you remove the organic components by burning. You are left with carbon and other trace chemicals, this is the ash. All organic material can be removed leaving you with inert elements, such as Carbon. Technically you could reduce anything organic, even a human, down to inert chemicals. This is the start of the way a company in USA ( LifeGem - Memorial Diamonds created from a lock of hair or cremated remains / ashes / cremation ) turns your dearly departed into a diamond.
The point of my ramblings is that there is no technical reason that ash cannot come under the heading of inorganic material, as it is basically just carbon with trace elements.
There is no enforcement in place that I know of saying that ash must be listed on it's own as an organic origin component of animal feed. In most countries the percentage of ash must be listed but not it's source, as some ash can be from burnt animal carcasses or from burnt vegetable matter like trees. Anyhow, that's beside the point. Good feed has minimal/no ash in any case. Avoid it if possable.

A compressed pellet or block type food, formulated for hamsters with between 16 and 22% protein and a >%5 crude fibre content. It should have added vitamin E. You can supplement this with small amounts of seeds, nuts and fresh produce and hay. Since hamsters will pick and choose specific foods out of a mix diet there is no way to know if their nutritional needs are being met unless you feed a block type food. They are prone to vitamin E deficiency and also renal insufficiency if they're fed a high protein diet and diabetes if fed a diet high in sugar. Also, a lot of fruit or root vegetables in their diet can cause potentially fatal diarrhea and/or bloat.

I use a mix from my local pet store Pampurred Pets in Radyr, Cardiff. I have been really impressed with it. They just have a big bin of the stuff and you help yourself to it. It's definitely the best I have used. I used to find some I bought had to much seed etc in them which was almost always discarded.

This food is pretty chunky. It has the usual sort of green, red, yellow pellets in as well as sunflower seeds, maize flakes, locust bean, pineapple, banana, peas, lots of nuts (cashews, peanuts, hazels and brazils), corn etc.

My hamster seems to love it. I shall try and find out what brand it is when I next stock up.

This is from March so I don't think the original poster is still looking for an answer.

I use Harry Hamster which is good- it sometimes has a whole monkey nut with the shell on-im telling you now, hamsters love to chew through those! I also occasionally use the PetsAtHome brand-they're pretty good!

Any food that has a bit of variation, most hamsters don't really like the red/green/brown kibbles you get.
