Both I would have thought, not sure if the colour of the red might be a bit messy though - a bit like beetroot!

okay thanks :) Werent sure, i typed it into google and nothing came u so had no idea! We have a bag of salad with white & red cabbage in but werent sure, :)

I was going to say that the same rule applies to cabbage that it does to lettuce. Only feed tiny amounts if your hamster likes it that much. However, there are plenty of other goodies to feed so you can easily use something else to prevent any issues. :)
