Default Hamster Cookies for Dwarf Hamsters (Edited Version)

Here is a recipe for Dwarves. This recipe contains no sugar and is filled with lots of nutritious grains.

I also feed my Roborovskiis these cookies.

This is the edited version. I halved the recipe. I have 34 hamsters and I make a ton of these cookies but I realized that most people only have one or two hamsters.

Multigrain Cookies for Dwarves

2/3 cup (80 ml) 100% Whole Wheat flour
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons (22 ml) dry oatmeal
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons (22 ml) wheat germ
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons (22 ml) brown flax seeds
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons (22 ml) millet
2 teaspoon (20 ml) of cod liver oil or olive oil
1/4 cup (75 ml) of plain soy milk or low fat milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius.

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Mix oil together with milk and then pour over dry ingredients. Stir together to form a dough.

Form dough into little balls about the size of green peas and put on a cookie sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Cool in pan.

Store in airtight container in the freezer.

Give only one cookie at a time since they will mold after a day or two. Remove any uneaten cookies after a day or two.

Again thanks a bunch! I think people will enjoy making their own home made treats rather then having to buy them I imagine it would make the experience even more rewarding.
