I forgot to say; with the baby food, make sure it has no onion, garlic or spices in!

Ok thank you I have been meaning to go and buy some baby food, i have mealworms and have been feeding them to her aswell as sunflower seeds. I heard they were good too.

Sunflower seeds are okay but only a few times a week as they are fatty aswell.

Original farleys rusks are very sweet. I wouldn't recommend them for hams but they are delicious with butter & jam. Try it, you'll thank me for it well if the hams can't have them, you don't want them going to waste....

true, above post should read rusks with no sugar added to the recipe is ok for hamsters
