Aww, Gimli is just darling! I absolutely love his expressive eyes and his gorgeous coloring. Yippee, I'm so happy to see another great pic of your photogenic cutie! Btw, I love that you named him after the awesome dwarf with tons of personality in LOTR. I totally love that movie trilogy and book. In fact, I named my sun conure parrot Aragorn and one of my new guinea pig babies Arwen.

Gimli is absolutely adorable! Love both photos!!!
It lovely to hear that he will take mealworms from your hand.
Gimli is likely to be a russian "hybrid" - a mix of campbells and winter white. Just make sure sugary treats are kept to a minimum as they have a higher risk of getting diabetes.

We have had him for about 2 weeks now and only gave him a pinch of fruit twice. He really didn't seem impressed. LOL However, I think he'd join the circus for a mealworm. Loves them!
