Re: Meet Liberty!
Liberty looks so adorable asleep beside the glass and in his autumnal photo amongst the leaves. It's good that you have managed to make lids for your detolf as looks like Liberty was enjoying himself and keeping entertained with his hanging treat toy.
I have only tried baby food with one of my hamsters - Sherbet - and she also turned her nose up at it and wouldn't even try it. Instead she much preferred me boiling up veg and mashing it up instead.
Plus a huge congratulations to you and Liberty for winning HOM - loving seeing his photo on the front page!

Re: Meet Liberty!
Really nice photos of Libby. The cage lid looks great too, means you can make better use of all the space.
Bless him not liking baby food, certainly seems to be enjoying the treat hanger though!

Re: Meet Liberty!
Thank you mangoandmimi! SKB, haha! Sherbet sounded so silly!
For all who don’t know, Libby has been having some eye problems . He was doing great but sadly, it came back. If you want to know more about it, here is his thread. Lucky it is not bothering him. Red, Irritated Skin Around the Eye
On the other hand, Libby has been waking up later as winter approaches. We have been having an hour a day together though! I also thing Libby has found one of new favorite foods, popcorn. He loves to fluffiness of it and the crunchy inside! I may try to melt a little ow fat cheese on it next time so he can have cheeses popcorn . Here is a video of him eating! Sound up! https://instagram.com/p/BqXgeTuHk5s/

Re: Meet Liberty!
Aww! Libby looks so sweet enjoying his popcorn
Sorry to hear his eye is sore again, it is often recurrent & may need antibiotics to clear it completely.

Re: Meet Liberty!
Hope Libby's eye heals soon, the vet will help with that. He's so handsome eating his popcorn and holding onto it tightly.

Re: Meet Liberty!
Oh no, I'm so sorry that your precious Libby is having some eye problems! I hope that the vet will be able to help cure it and your darling, little ham-prince will be all better very soon.
OMG, that pic and video of Libby eating the popcorn so enthusiastically while chirping a gleeful tune of approval are just too precious for words!!!! I am in total love with Libby and all of his cuteness and charm. I can't stop smiling and had to replay the video three times in a row, lol.
Eros, Arwen, Hinata, and I are wishing you and Libby a magnificent Thanksgiving full of tons of fun and laughter. We will also be wishing the very best luck for Libby's vet appointment on Saturday, too. Btw, Eros sends lots of get well whisker kisses to her dear hampal Libby.
