Re: Introducing Liberta
I'm probably going to sound horrible sceptical now (sorry!) but WW breeders are quite few & far between & it would be very unusual for someone who did breed pure WW's to be selling them to a pet shop so there's no guarantee unless you have a parental history going back several generations. Not that it matters from a pet owner point of view, both WW & hybrids make lovely pets but I would still take care with her diet.
Hope the handling session goes well, the bath can be a bit scary for dwarf hams, you could get a playpen for her to explore with lots of toys & things in & you could interact with her in there, either get in with her or interact from the side.

Re: Introducing Liberta
I made the diy stylish playpen. There is a diy video on here, via YouTube on how to make it, including what you need to buy to make it. You do need to supervise your hamster while in it as there are small holes where the panels join and your hamster may be able to squeeze out if it’s really small or possibly chew the hole then escape.
Hopefully your hamster will be to busy exploring to try to escape. I put thing in the corners as they are the places my hamsters will sometimes chew.

Re: Introducing Liberta
The video for the stylish playpen is here those do work well, I've also made one out of correx cut into four pieces & just attached at each corner with cable ties, no gaps & it folds flat, you can also buy one, the metal playpens sold by P@H or Zooplus are fine for Russian hamsters.
