Such sweet photos and videos of Snappy - he looks so cute sitting in his wheel and enjoying his broccoli. Its was so funny watching Snappy trying out the flying saucer!

I'm so pleased that Sparky is coming around now and has stopped screeching, too. I absolutely adored the photos of Snappy, and his videos are totally hysterical. I couldn't help giggling at his legs trying to keep up with his flying saucer. How cute! His video of him grooming was also extremely adorable and silly. I love his expressions.

Aww thank you everyone They really are both so adorable but very different.

Their personalities have changed a bit from what they were originally like. Sparky is a lot more interested in being in his playpen now (once he's had a grooming session that is). He'll take some seeds from us now in the playpen too. He spends lots of time clambering around trying to get over the big red bendy tube to get to Snappy's side. Snappy still has no interest in his side of the playpen or Sparky's side. Snappy's routine is still to sit in the box sulking with his back to us, refusing all treats. Once we lift his box out of the playpen and sit it on our knee he will come out for an explore.

I am glad that Sparky appears to be very comfortable with you now and is enjoying the playpen. Lol at Snappy sulking! He probably just wants to play with you they are both looking very handsome.

Aww they are coming on so well. My hybrid hamster (pets at home adoption section, old stock) often has a little scream to himself in bed.

He is very bold but cos he bit me I havent dared to put my hand near him again yet.

Its nice to hear how Sparky is comfortable enough now to take seeds from you and is enjoying the playpen after a groom - Love the collage it is so very cute and funny - but he looks like a pro at his air traffic control signals!
Snappy looks so sweet in that photo getting cuddles from his hamdad - he sound so like a cuddly hamster and he thinks cuddles are more fun than his playpen (This reminds me of Pumpkin - she rather have lots of cuddle rather than being in her playbin)

Sparky sounds quite mischievous while Snappy sounds as though he may be more of a cuddle ham than a great adventurer lol!
It's so nice to see how their individual characters begin to show.

cypher, Sparky is already looking like he could be a little Boris in the making. He thinks nothing of sliding off my leg when I'm sitting on the floor and wandering around the room, he doesn't run, just casually saunters

ff I had never heard any of my hams making a noise while they slept until Artie, I was quite taken aback when I heard him. I'm sure Popcorn will come round to you

AP I think Snappy is a born sulker, he sulks and he likes it

SKB Glad you liked the collages, yours always look so nice I thought I would try it out, helps when you can only upload 5 photos as the collage only counts as 1

I was going to post this little video but I was taking ages to process yesterday so I gave up, but I'll stick it here now. It's not all that interesting but Sparky is doing his best staring meekat impression
