Congratulations on your new addition Skadi, Ghostsinsnow. She is absolutely beautiful and I’ve enjoyed seeing the lovely photos of her. I especially love the photo of her in your hand.

Makes me very reminiscent (big sigh) as I don’t currently have a sapphire Winter White (but I am spoilt as I do have 2 marbled and an agouti.)

The sapphire is a beautiful colour.

She attended her very first hamster show at on Saturday at Bath. I was planning to put her in main but it would have been impossible to get there early enough so she'll be going into main class in November at Kingswinford. Anyway I am so so proud of my baby girl as she came First :') It's the very first time I've had a hamster come first in pet class so naturally it was an especially proud and emotional moment for me xD

Thanks everyone, she's off to Kingswinford show with me at the end of next month. All the 5 hams are coming but I'm not sure who I'm entering yet (Skadi is a definite though)

Haha she is, she's actually bigger than she looks in the pictures. I have one of her splatting on my hand. Now I know I have freakishly small hands but still, you'll get the idea haha.
She came to the hamster show at the end of last month too and she placed 3rd in dwarf class which I'm very proud of. She only lost marks because she's got a bit of moult going on at the moment and she was a drama queen the night before and didn't let me trim all of her claws. She's still my gorgeous girl though.
