What am I? Plus question...
I know he is likely a hybrid but I was just wondering what he looks like to you. I am thinking WW... His name is Niblet aka Nibby.
I also have a question... Nibby doesn't seem too active lately. I believe he is just under a year old. He had a switch in cages and we also got 2 more hamsters at the same time. The weather warmed up too and moved the cage twice. I have not seen him on his wheel more than once since all the changes. He could be going on it in the middle of the night but I have not witnessed it. WWYD?

Re: What am I? Plus question...
He looks just like my Nimmy did! He is indeed a hybrid, however he seems to have quite a bit of Winter White leanings. As long as he is eating and drinking, I wouldn't worry too much at this point. Just watch him closely!

Re: What am I? Plus question...
Thank you! I think I am going to get him a larger wheel and see if that helps.

Re: What am I? Plus question...
He is very cute and he is most like a Normal Winter White in colour and type.
Sometimes a lot of change can cause stress and make the hamster a bit reserved for a while. As long as everything seems normal and you health check him regularly he is likely just settling and maybe changing his routine a bit. They do tend to sleep more and become less active as the get older.

Re: What am I? Plus question...
Thank you Souffle! I did get him a larger wheel today. He has checked it out and went for a short slow jog. He has also become pretty chubby recently so he may just be slower due to his size. I really need to be more mindful when feeding him as he may be eating too many sun flower seeds (his fav)
