no idea! we just rang and said can we bring hamsters... then just brought them. they never asked how many
the most i've taken is 2 tub cages and a gabber rex. They look at you when you carry them in, but never say anything. they don't seem to care! oxford peartree certainly didn't bat an eyelid.
