Re: My first Foster Hamster
Suki is lovely. That's really quite something for a Robo to go into a jug and walk across your hand.
Did you get my pm?

Thanks Cypher. All new to me, I love watching her make tunnels.

Oh! I'll try again.
Just tried again but it didn't send it. Is your private message receiver thingy switched on?

Thank you so much Flower Fairy, such a kind offer but i am very far away. In a previous life I was about an hour away
Ria has been an absolute star and has come to my rescue with supplying me with a cage. Helping me and my friend out big time.
I think covid is having a big affect on hamster cage supply, there seems to be very few available at the moment and only the really expensive ones left.
I know the Alaska, Barney and ZooZone2 seem to be out of stock everywhere. I had to wait about a month for my eco habitat to turn up even though it was meant to arrive within a couple of days of ordering.

I guess that didn't work - have you reached your limit of 50 messages?
Oh well, you managed to contact me another way

Depends where you are. In the Chippenham Jolleys there's a Zoozone 2 to buy off the shelf and i saw a Barney on Gumtree in Bristol for £30 and open to offers. I reckon i could get it for £20 but don't like it because of the small doors. I think its because there aren't many hamsters for sale in the pet shops here that people are selling their big cages when their hamsters die rather than sitting there empty and taking up space.

Re: My first Foster Hamster
Guess what I just bought
A zoozone cage - Viovet got them back in earlier than said, it was £48.69
I thought I would get it as I have never seen one 2nd hand where i live and I am reliant on people picking these things up for me.
so, it means I am all sorted now for a dwarf/robo or a syrian if/when I rescue any more hamsters
