I just sexed my Robos and they look like this also. They were sexed as female at the store.

They all look like females to me..
I have heard of female Mounting before though

It might be a display of dominance rather than a reproductive thing. They do look female to me. The males have quite a distinctly different looking genital area.
I'm not sure if it is the same for hamsters but female dogs do sometimes 'mount' each other in an attempt to display and assert dominance over one another.
As a side note, if they begin fighting, please house them separately as they are capable of killing one another. Are they all from the same litter?
