If you're after 2 then the cheapest good wheels might be the wooden trixie wheels

They're generally pretty good, I use them for my robo and like them. You're after the 8 inch/21cm one. It'll be bigger than what they're using probably, but it's a much better size for them.

Those wooden wheels would be a good option but you will probably want to paint them with Plastikote water based enamel before use to pee proof them.
I have used them with my Russians & Chinese in the past & they are good wheels & very quiet.

The wooden Trixie wheels are great! I have 3 and the only noise you hear is their little paws running. The Silent Runner and Wodent Wheels are also meant to be silent, though I’ve never personally used them.

Whichever wheel you choose, you’ll want a 6.5 inch/17cm - 8 inch/20cm wheel so they can run with their backs totally straight.
Most pet shops recommend 4.5 inch wheels for robos but they’re really only suitable for babies and very small robos. My robo Sundae can run safely in a 4.5 inch wheel but I still prefer to give him a 6.5 inch wheel.

I have something similar - the rodipet wood wheel. V similar to the Trixie one and I can highly recommend that kind of wheel for a robo. Mine is painted with 2 coats of plastikote both on the wood and the cork running track and is fine. A 21cm wheel is a good size for a robo.

Our robo has his 21cm silent wood wheel and a 6.5" flying saucer and he uses both.

i got a wheel in my cage from pets at home that came with it, and mine was insanely loud too! But i tried taking the actual wheel bit off and spreading some butter on the frame, and then put the wheel back on and its been almost silence since (about 2 weeks) might be worth trying if money is a bit tight
