It has been really cold the last few days & they so seem to want to spend more time in bed during the cold weather even with a perfectly adequate heating system they still seem to know!
Good to hear the move went ok & she hasn't been bothered by it.
I grow my sprouts in either fitch in little pots or chinchilla sand in little saucers & they seem to do really well.
Lovely photos of the adorable Chocho as always, she looks so cute eating & I love that second one.

That face! It just meals my heart so much it’s just now a blob. Such a sweet with the rice and chicken! The second photo is priceless! You do such a great job of taking photo!

Good to know Cho cho isn't the only one who goes off food TL! All good though - things are back to normal and the mealworms are vanishing again.

Put the central heating on a bit more during the night and she seems to have got more active. I put a little tupperware potty in the back compartment of her homemade labyrinth house. Previously she was peeing in a corner of her underground shoe box house but it was really awkward to access. Anyway had a quick look today at the new potty and it was really quite whiffy! In only a week or two too - and robos never really smell. So definitely looks like she's using only that spot to pee in which is great for me. Unfortunately I had a peek when I thought she'd gone to sleep in her shoebox, except she came running out to investigate just as I'd removed just about all the soiled bedding. Did try to give her a monkey nut with my other hand to keep her away/occupied but she was understandably more interested in the invasion. Anyway bless her hopefully she hasn't been too put off, she did get lots of treats after for the disturbance.

She got a veggie buffet the other day. Somehow all of it has disappeared, and a big piece of broccoli too. She always leaves whatever she hasn't eaten out but I thought there was no way she's eaten it all. I did try to hunt them down during the potty clean but they've definitely vanished - either to the bottom of the tank or in her belly and I'm not too sure which!

Doesn't sound as though she was too bothered by the invasion & I'm sure she enjoyed the treats afterwards

You take such incredibly cute photos of Chocho - lovely to see her enjoying her veg too.
Sorry to hear you have been having more issues with your detolf but pleased that you had a spare to move Chocho into to avoid any incident occurring with the other.
Also glad that the heating has helped her be a bit more active recently plus back to enjoying her mealworms.

Also congrats on your HOM win - wonderful and cute photo of Chocho in her sleigh.

Chocho knows Santa Claus is coming soon and by eating all her vegetables, she knows it'll impress you and put in a good word to Santa. She really oozes so much beauty in these pics.

I'm so sorry that it has been so freezing in your house lately and you had to extra insulate her cage. I'm also sorry that her cage's glass was bent and you had move do an emergency move for her; luckily you caught it in time and all is well. I totally love all of her most recent, gorgeous pics, especially the second one in your second to the last post. She truly is one of the most beautiful and captivating, fluffy snowball ever. I love that innocent "baby face" of her. Congrats again on winning HOM; it made me so pleased to see her precious face on the front page today!

Hehee, I also love her very last photo; BP is exactly right in saying she looks like a beanbag leaning over the veggie dish, lol. I'm sure Santa Paws will be very pleased indeed that she gobbled up all of her fresh veggies. She is such a good, little hamgirly, and she certainly is as cute and charming as can be. You always capture such amazing photos of your little, fur princess. I love all of them, and I really, REALLY love her too.

Thank you guys

She was very sweet yesterday. I haven't really interacted much with her last week since we drove down to my parents last week, and wanted to let her settle a bit. I was fully expecting a good nibble when I put my hand in there for her to sniff but she jumped on my hand and just sat there, wouldn't get off. She did that twice too, would never have expected that from her. Maybe she missed being hand fed lol!
