Three roborovskis! - Page 5

I only have Maple left of the three. She is the teeniest one that let me handle her.

She now lives in my room in the elmos mouse and hamster cage xxl, 100 x 54cm 35cm high.

It is a lovely cage so easy to reach into to clean. It has a bit opening top door and two little front doors just like the barney.

She is quite the old lady now and a bit unsteady on her feet but still full of life and eager to play on her wheels.

It lovely to see that Maple is doing well she still doing well despite being an old lady - looks like she loving her wheel still. It sweet that she allow you to handle her. Also she so cute!

This morning I found my lovely girl sitting by her wheel on the sand. She had gone. Bless her. I loved that little hamster so very much.

I took a sweet picture of her last night

I am so sorry - all three of them xxx Big hugs. Glad you are finding the Elmo cage good - it sounds ideal for a robo - sadly Amazon in Germany doesn't ship them any more.

Thank you drago and serendipity. I will wait a while before I welcome another little agouti roborovski into my life. Luckily I have lovely Mallow (white robo) and Popcorn (white hybrid) to keep me going.

Maple looked so sweet and peaceful.

I understand how you feel. Kopi was my last little ham (Also a robo) and I’ve yet to get another after her. I loved the energy she had, but I feel she was special, being my only dwarfie and all. I do hope you’re doing alright through all this. Glad to hear you still have Mallow and Popcorn

Oh no I’m sorry to hear this. Maple had a wonderful life and seems she enjoyed it to the end. Rest in peace sweetie. I hope you’re doing okay too flowerfairy, so soon after Daffodil.
