Glad to hear that Kopi is doing well and taming has been going really well!
She is so gorgeous - I love all those photos of her.

I've been just reading through this very cute thread. Kopi is very lucky to have you and the awesome cage space that he has. He is sooo cute and looks like a very happy hamster Congrats

she is sooo cute and tiny, I think that you could say that she is tame, maybe she could be tamer, but she already is tame, I can't believe she is a robo!

Re: Meet Koppiáge- my first ever non-Syrian
Kopi has been doing well, but is more reclusive than I'd hoped. She comes out around 1 am now, so I don't often get to handle her unfortunately. She's due for another partial clean this Sunday, so I'll see if I can get some pics of her then. I don't often see her, but know she's in there as her mix disappears each night. My petsitter told me that he'd not seen her once! She is doing well overall, and I'm thinking of upgrading her in the not too distant future

What a shame that Kopi is being a bit of a recluse, I hope it's just a phase she's going through & you get to see more of her soon.
Good to hear she's doing well all the same.

Re: Meet Koppiáge- my first ever non-Syrian
She does get up late! Does that mean she goes back to bed later in the morning? Or is she asleep before you wake up? Hope she changes her sleeping patterns. I think I have heard of other robos getting up similarly late.

I wish it meant that! I have to head to work at 6 in the morning, and she's usually heading off to her nest by then. Hams tend to wake later when it's summer time, so perhaps she'll return to a normal schedule as the days shorten?

Fingers crossed! I feel lucky that my hamsters have all been so amenable with their sleep schedules. I remember the ones I had growing up would be waiting at 5pm when I got back from school and there was even one who stayed awake all day begging to be let out. By comparison, Mushu and Quigley have been late risers getting up at 7-8pm. Perhaps that's just because they've all been Syrians, though.

Awww I hope Kopi doesn't become a recluse, it's a shame that you're not seeing her much at all. I know how you feel with Jaska being a recluse. Hopefully it is just the summer time, get up later and go to bed earlier thing
