Thanks Boris & FF, a know of a dog that has a cancerous tumor that is not pretty to look at and I was at the vet with dog when she said its now quality of life since the tumor was too big to operate. That was months ago and the dog is still happy.

I have always thought Latte was a beautiful girl right from the first photo in this thread of here sitting in your hand. Very special when a robo will do that. So glad she seems to be untroubled by the tumour and hope she is with you for a good while longer.

Coco, me too, she's irreplaceable to me. Won't find another Latte anywhere. Maddi comes close but Maddi can still be skittish, where Latte isn't.

I came home tonight & Latte's ever growing tumor had ruptured. So she was bleeding & biting herself. I took her into an emergency animal hospital where the gave her gas before the injection so she wasn't in any pain when she was PTS. I told her that I loved her & they took her away, I was sick to my stomach. I'm home now so I'm feeling very sad, but better than at the hospital.

Poor Latte. It's so sad that she ended like that, but you did a good thing ending her suffering. It wasn't nice of the vets to took her away from you, I'm sure that did things even harder.

Thanks Cypher, Boris & Hamsterita & Drago, if I wanted to be present while they had her PTS it would have cost an extra $95.00, so I paid the euthanasia charge only. They waived the office visit for me.

I could have waited till this morning & take her to SPCA for real inexpensive charge but I couldn't bear to see her in pain all night. Plus the SPCA doesn't use gas to knock them out first. So it all worked out well.
